Training materials and modules

Steps is working for capacity building and knowledge transformation at national and local level actors. Steps developed various need-based training modules and materials on different issues to conduct the training through experiential learning methods. The major topics of the training were: Gender and gender equality, gender mainstreaming, gender and development, gender and ICT, organizational development and management in gender context, gender awareness and development, gender advocacy, gender and governance, early marriage, CEDAW, entrepreneurship development, development internship etc.
